Good Luck or excellent service?

“Good Luck or excellent service?”

I was in town for a meeting at a venue and wanted to find a hotel nearby, so that I can spend the night and that walk over to the meeting.
I was searching the web, when i came across the HotelDirect web site, the offer was for a mystery hotel deal, and so i took the chance and booked one.
As it turned out the hotel was about 3-4 minutes walk from the venue, and i guess that was luck element.
Then the service i received form HotelDirect, from booking to checkin was second to none, and that was excellent service.
So next time I am going to town, i will be logging on to HotelDirect before i start searching.....
The mystery hotel offer could have gave an indication of the general location of the hotel, but then that would not be as mysterious would it?
So all in all, it was both good luck and excellent service!!
