The organising of our trip could have been 5 stars as Hotel Direct were helpful from start to finish - BUT we were very let down by them for not having taken more care of where people had to sit/see - I think they need to send someone to the Theatre to see for themselves this poor unacceptable visibility - They would not like to sit there.
Had they offered us a refund of our tickets back we would use/recommend them again - but unless this should happen we would not use them again.
More emphasis when my daughter booked the Theatre Break online to the fact the visibility V.Poor - not RV (restricted view) which were not picked until we collected tickets from Theatre - we would have been prepared to pay more for our ticket had we known this information. We paid £289 for this break and expected better!
