“Christmas Break”

We booked through Hotel Direct. Due to a computer error our first choice of hotel was overbooked, however they quickly fixed the problem and offered us another hotel which although a bit further out from the city centre turned out to be exactly what we wanted from a hotel.

The online booking form was clearly laid out and easy to use.

I really appreciated how quickly they fixed the problem and would't hesitate to book through them again.
