Having not used hotel direct before i wasnt really sure how good the service would be but suprisingly i was very impressed, there was excellent communication via email even writing personal names so i could speak to the right person if needed. Very detailed in what the hotel had to offer and what exactly i was paying for.
I would use hotel direct again in the future.
Good site very simple and well run :-)
