After trying without success at sort notice to find accommodation in a particular part of Central London, HotelDirect was able to provide it right away. Moreover, the price was remarkably low. The best part was the feedback and the follow-up. I received the confirmation of the booking with a confirmation number immediately, which is normal, but a day later I received another confirmation: HotelDirect had checked again with the hotel reception, gave me the name of the receptionist with whom they had spoken and re-confirmed that indeed there were no problems. This was a great relief because the booking had been made in a hurry at short notice. This makes the entire process different and far more reliable. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and the approach. Without doubt HotelDirect will be my preferred hotel booking site.
