This hotel came with such promise,The hotel staff were very helpful from reception,concierge,And dinning area staff. The room that we stayed in needed updating badly from drawing on wall to scuff marks on walls, The bathroom had one crack on the tiles this was from floor to ceiling. The worst part was when we stepped out of the lift in the morning to go to breakfast only to be met with a queue of fifty plus people all waiting to go in for breakfast as well,When we did get in breakfast was very nice and after a leisurely meal we left only to be met by the same size queue that we had waited in. ( Hint, get down to breakfast before 7-45am )
