Hotel direct was efficient in ensuring my stay at the castle hotel was assured. I even received a confirmation informing me a member of staff at the hotel double check with the manager in order to ensure there is no mix up on my arrival.

This in itself gave me peace of mind knowing my room awaits! I would definitely recommend hotel direct!!! I loved everything about the hotel booked via hotel direct!

Hotel direct was recommended by a work colleague and it turns out to be exactly the way my colleague had described. If I was to do this again, i would go through hotel direct as well as recommend to family and friends.
