From the website to the booking itself, everything went extremely smoothly and we had a great time in London.

We got the expected email confirmation straight after booking online and were then impressed and reassured when a second email arrived saying that Hoteldirect had double checked with the hotel that they had our booking.

Will have no hesitation in using Hoteldirect in the future.
