more than happy with the service as the site was easy to use and reserve the booking. We must state that we were very pleasantly surprised to receive a email a day before the booking date,saying the booking had been confirmed with contacts by name-this was a brilliant touch as we have in the past booked with anther site and when we have arrived found the problem of not being booked in. We booked due to distance to the o2 which was true to form and were very happy with the hotel,staff,breakfast and ammenities.We would definately recommend and reuse hotels direct -well done.
