“Easy to use webpage and booking service”

I have booked via hotel direct many times and have never had a bad experience. We did arrive at one hotel and it was over booked but we were given and alternative of a 5* hotel and taxies paid for by the hotel for our journey to the other hotel and to our show as the hotel they sent us to was in a different area but as we were there for sightseeing and a show we did not mind. Although this may be upsetting for some people we were happy as we had only booked a 4* hotel and was in a 5*.
