I used the 'Hidden Gems'deal. I was so happy when I found it was Thistle Marble Arch hotel. The website was easy to use and clear. The emails regarding the hotel booking was very useful. Especially when HotelDirect confirmed with the hotel my booking and even included the hotel staff mrmbers name. Thank you.
