“Hotel Direct - Hidden Gems!”

This is the second time I have used Hotel Direct and I am very happy with the service. I booked over the phone and the sales assistant was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Hotel was a hidden gem and I was not disappointed. Would definitely book a hidden gem again
The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't use a promotional code when trying to book online and I had to remember to phone the next day to book.
