I don't understand the hidden gem idea but was glad I took the risk as the hotel was pure luxury at an affordable price, and in my favourite part of London. There was flexibility to upgrade my theatre ticket. It was easy to book as the information is clearly laid out on the website. You also contacted me just before I went which reassured me that everything had been taken care of.
