“super fantastic service”

The service from hotel direct was first class,having only used it for the first time I was rather apprehensive however this was soon alleviated,I was kept up to date with the booking all the way through,they even called the hotel the day before to re confirm my booking ant emailed me to let me know.I can't fault the service and I will be using this service again.
