General booking process was fine. When we got to the hotel they didnt have our booking - luckily we took our written confirmation and our room was sorted swiftly by the staff at the hotel. We then went to pick our tickets up for the show and our boooking hadnt been processed ! Once again, because we had our confirmation with us they issued duplicate tickets. Unfortunately the timely delay meant that we then didnt have time for a meal before the theatre.
