“Good value and excellent service”

I booked a hidden gem hotel in London and had the reservation confirmed within 24 hours, the Doubletree Hilton Westminster. Hotel was all that was promised. Liked that I had a reconfirmation from Hotel Direct 24 hours before travelling. Everything was very smooth.
