“Perfect solution”

I used hotel direct as they offered a fantastic price on the hotel I wanted - I couldn't get it cheaper anywhere else including the hotels own website!!! The process is easy - I received confirmation very quickly . Also another confirmation email was received 24 hours prior to my stay which was a nice touch. We definitely use them again.
