This is the first time I have used Hotel Direct to book a show and hotel. I was a bit dubious especially as I chose to book the 'hidden gem' option and you do not know what hotel you will get until you have completed your booking. However I was extremely happy with the Hotel and the facilities. The room was spotless and we were given an upgrade of room at no extra cost. Breakfast was also included in the price. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous.

The show was great and we had very good seats.

This was a surprise trip for my husbands 50th birthday and we had a fantastic time.
