Easy on line booking service. Email reminder 2 days before of booking arrangements. Offered a variety of accommodation across London. Package included theatre ticket and accommodation -excellent value. Thought the ticket seat might be too far back in the stalls(VV) but was actually well placed for a musical. For protection I recommend paying with Visa or similiar card as whole payment is required up front at point of booking. Theatre tickets available for collection from lunch time at the theatre box office. Overall an excellent experience. Will use this agent again and recommend.
