We arrived at this hotel mid week , within booking in we had an upgrade to a suite - the rooms was lovely and well presented , sam was very helpful on the Front desk and could'nt do enough for you. We were room only but they offered breakfast at a discount and it was worth it, it was a proper breakfast well presented and tasted like a breakfast, very efficient resturent. The hotel is well suitated opposite Hyde Park, if you walk through the park straight through you end up at the Victoria & Albert Museum - left Kenningston Place and right Buckingham Palace, but you need senceable walking shoes as the park is lovley and well worth a good morning. Turn left outside the hotel to the Shell garage,this is where you can pick up the Hop on Hop off Route , overall prime locatation and wouldnt hesitate to return or recommend it to friends and family
