Booked a London hotel at short notice, selected the 'mystery deal'; this turned out to be an excellent 4* hotel , in a perfect location for our needs. Room was excellent, staff excellent, breakfast buffet (included) very good - and all for around 30% less than hotel's room only 'rack rate'.Received instant confirmation ; then another email from 'HotelDirect' 48 hours before our stay reconfirming room and with a contact name at hotel. Couldn't have worked better for us.
