We booked with Hotel Direct for the first time, with trepidation we made the booking and wondered if it was one of those 'take your money and run' type of websites. Not only did they NOT 'take my money and run' they made an extra effort, they confirmed with the hotel on the day of the booking and emailed me to let me know it had been checked and the hotel was 'looking forward to our arrival'. The Hotel was absolutely amazing, everything was perfect! Theatre tickets were waiting for us, no waiting!! We WILL book through Hotel Direct EVERY time we want a real treat.
