“Very good customer service”

This is an easy site to use,and was very please to receive an e-mail a couple of days before my stay to advise me that Hotel Direct had re-confirmed my booking with the hotel, and gave to persons name at Hotel Direct and the contact name at the hotel that they had spoken to.

This is a service i had not had before and i think it is a very good idea, as from past experience booking through a 3rd party can sometimes cause issues.

Will use Hotel Direct again.
