The site was very easy to use and I found what I was looking for without any trouble. The hotel and show lived up to expectation and the emails confirming and reconfirming the booking gave great peace of mind that we weren't going to arrive and find that they hadn't a clue who we were! This happened to a friend of ours. I will be recommending hotelsdirect to friends and family.
