Excellent, hassle and trouble free all the way through the process. Locating the hotel to getting the best price, even paying was made easy. Information was all very clear prior to and after making the booking. For me, Best of all was the feedback, kept up to date about my reservation. A couple of days before my stay, I received an email to say that my reservation had been checked via a phone call and everything was in order and the hotel was expecting me! Brilliant, such peace of mind is worth so much when your traveling. Many thanks hotel direct.
