I think Hotel Direct is a great service,
I used them to book my hotel for the Olympics in London i booked well in advance and got a good deal also if i had queries the staff on the phone were very good at answering my questions. Overall i think Hotel Direct is very good i have used the service several times and never had a problem and i will use the service in the future.
