Hotels Direct offered a second to none service. When I booked the E-Mails to confirm were there to read and check within 10 minutes. On the day of arrival at my Hotel I had an E-Mail to say they had double-checked everything was in place for my arrival. I thought that was exceptional service. The price I paid was extremely reasonable also. I would definately use this company again as I am a frequent traveller and am always looking for deals and bargains. The Hotel they booked for me was exactly as they had described.
