“First Class Service from Hotel Direct”

Hotel Direct promoted Doubletree Hilton Victoria exactly as I wanted.
The Hotel was ideally placed to visit the Royal Collection at Buckingham Palace and the Crown Jewels at the Tower of London.
I particularly appreciated the Arrival Assurance because the Hotel were struggling to find two doubles on the same floor which I had asked for but they came up trumps putting our friends into an upgraded room.
The breakfast was excellent each morning.The staff could not have been more obliging.
