“Fantastic service! We go on a theatre break to London...”

Fantastic service! We go on a theatre break to London every year and have previously used a different company however this year after booking through hoteldirect we would never use a different agency. Everything was perfect, particularly the confirmation emails to say that our theatre and hotel reservations had been checked to make sure there were no problems. Faultless service, thank you very much!
