Hotel direct provide an excellent service, and when we had to speak to someone on the phone to discuss a couple of issues they we friendly and very helpful. Thanks very much - will use again.
It was quick and easy to use, and we found what we wanted quickly and without any stress. Highly recommended and a pleasant experience.
