I have used similar services before, none of which provide the personal touch that hotels direct did. I called the hotel directly to book a particular service and due to a server error they had not received the relevant emails confirming my booking. One call to hotels direct and it was sorted. Not only that the hotel then called me directly advising that they had spoken to my agent and between them had made the arrangements that I had originally tried to myself. First class service. Well done.
