I was struggling to find suitable hotel in London during Olympics. I found Hotel Direct and from there on it was simple. I was able to search exactly where I wanted my hotel and I was able to book it very easily.

It made it so good to research the hotels available, it made it easy to review the location and services available and so easy to book.

The follow up service was great, they took the time to reconfirm my bookinga couple of days before and kept me feeling comfortable and I had no hassles when I arrived at the hotel.
