Clean and uncluttered website so it was easier to use than other sites I'd visited. Not too much paper wasted in printing out the confirmation - sometimes this can be excessive and annoying. Everything went smoothly at Check in at the hotel, and the directions to the hotel were clear and actually necessary as the front door wasn't in the obvious place!
I'd have liked the option to add breakfast at the booking stage, but it wasn't a problem to do so at hotel reception when I arrived. The hotel was a Mystery hotel so you were unable to divulge the name before booking, but that's a small detail and I was very happy with my choice. Perhaps "which end" of Oxford Street would have been sufficient.
