“London Hotel Booking”

Very quick and simple booking process. Everything explained in detail. The person who made our booking couldn't have been more helpful. All was confirmed in an email immmediatley
Really liked the follow-up email the day before we travelled saying that our reservation had been checked and confirmed again with the hotel. This was a really nice touch.
On arrival at hotel, reception had all the details and therefore check in was very smooth.
Thank you Hotel Direct we will use you again.
