“Impressive service”

It was very easy to choose and book a hotel online. Prices were competative and I felt confident in proceding with the booking even though it was a 'secret' hotel. I was particularly impressed with the email I received shortly before we left home to say that someone had confirmed our booking with the hotel and they were expecting us. This gave us peace of mind.
