“Very impressed by hotel direct”

My husband and I needed a hotel in London for 2 nights and had checked out various website. Ended uu using hotel direct.Very impressed by service, got a good hotel at a reasonable price , plenty of info sent by email and text. They booked the hotel paid our bill and even confirmed our booking the day before we were travelling.
