“A Great Place to stay”

On arrival at the hotel in Leeds I was greeted by the reception staff who explained my room was on the 7th floor in order to keep clear of a hen party that could be loud. A nice consideration albeit I had come for an ex servicemans reunion so wasn't looking for an early night either. The hotel had many guests and the staff appeared to be in full control without making any fuss. They were cheerful and helpul and nothing was too much for them. Well done and thank you.
