“Very simple”

The process of booking was very simple, I prefer this as me and complication don't go together. The whole thing was done for us, all I had to do was pay, I received an SMS with details, and emails to make the whole thing easy. The price was also very good for what we received. I am very happy with everything provided by Hotel Direct, and would highly recommend them, I will use them next time for sure. I can't honestly think of anything I didn't like about the process as it was very simple, and I got more than expected, so apologies for anyone looking for criticism. Keep up the good work HD!!
