I have just returned from a weekend break to London using Hotel Direct.co.uk. My wife and I choose a theatre break and were very impressed with the ease of the process using The Hoteldirect website.

There was a good selection of west end shows to choose from and we finally selected Thriller Live in the Lyric Theatre and a 2 night stay at the London Bridge Hotel.

The booking process was very simple and there was a wide range of hotels to select in various price bands.

Hoteldirect.co.uk sent notifications to us updating us on the trip and one feature which I particularly like was an assurance email shortly before we travelled to confirm that the hotel reservation had been checked with the hotel and they were looking forward to our visit. I found this gesture very reassuring and would most definately used their website for future trips.
