I have stayed at this hotel before and found the staff very professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet at night. Situated close to Marble Arch the hotel is well positioned for shopping, theatres and tourist attractions. i liked everything about the hotel. No negative points.
