Had not one single problem from booking online to checking out of our hotel.
HotelDirect.co.uk was easy to use and they even double checked our reservation a few days before and e-mailed us with a second confirmation for peace of mind. They really went the extra mile.
Would definately recommend it to anyone - very easy and straight forward to use.
