The lady I spoke to from Hotel Direct was very accomodating to my requirments. I felt she really had pride in her job role as she was very personal to my requirments. Any questions I asked she was able to answer. The hotel we stayed at was 1st class and as we were celebrating our silver wedding we were delighted with the location and hotel- it made it more special as we had no complaints at all with the hotel. I'm glad we had chosen to book our accomodation through yourselves -I would and have recommended your company to my friends and family now
