Found the hotel I wanted at the best price and they had selected a room with an extra bed for my son, a reasonable request considering I had stated there would be 2 adults and 1 child staying in the room however a different hotel search site had booked a double room for the three of us. Ditch other hotel booking sites in favour of Hoteldirect.co.uk! No hassle booking.
