“Fantastic helpful service”

Booked online and had a fantastic 2 for 1 deal. It was so good I couldn't believe it so phoned up Hotel direct and was put at ease re my booking. Very helpful staff. Also got a nice text the day before checking into the hotel to confirm the booking and that all was ok.
Would definitely recommend !
