“Quick and easy”

I was able to book this hotel with the minimum of fuss. I was emailed confirmation almost immediately and again texted about my booking. I would definitely use hotels direct again. Everything went smoothly. I have no complaints to make. Thank you for finding me a hotel of that standard. Hotel was very central to most things.
