Having never booked a hotel via the internet before, I found it quick and easy, the reviews helped with the choice and I found the site easy to navigate. E-mails came through quickly confirming the booking and I got another the day before I was due to check in telling me they had checked with the hotel to confirm everything was ok and that they were expecting us. Would definitely recommend and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
