“Very smooth experience”

We booked 4 rooms at the Jazz Hotel in Barcelona. Experience was very smooth. Nice touch was also that we received an e-mail just before travelling to say that Hotel Direct had checked ahead with the hotel and everything was fine with our booking. The hotel was expecting us and looking forward to our arrival. Never used Hotel Direct before but would certainly use again. And as a matter of interest - the Hotel Jazz was excellent too.
