Booked a short stay in London and went via HotelDirect. They had the best prices for my hotel stay which also I included breakfast. This is often omitted by other hotel booking sites and it is a hidden cost for them. However HotelDirect included full English breakfast at a price significantly below the hotels own website price. HotelDirect made the transaction easy and worry free, and sent me full details of the booked hotel within minutes. They even confirmed arrangements with the hotel the day before I arrived. Consequently my stay was great, the hotel lived up to expectations and I got great value for money from HotelDirect.
