Initially i was a little worried booking a hidden gem as the hotel may not have matched my expectation, but i was so wrong!! The website was easy to use, booking went through without problem and i was kept informed of my booking all the way. We stayed in a lovely hotel at a fantastic price in a great location. I can not fauly hoteldirect!!
