I liked the navigation of the web-site and the way each property was displayed and reviewed. Very helpful staff on the phones and I enjoyed a 10% discount because of a previous booking, and also a reduced 4-star hotel for the price of other budget hotels! No extra cost for booking by phone and it was easier than booking on the website as you could discuss any requirements. Would defintitely use this site again.
